The stated purpose of this group is to provide increased opportunities for personal growth in four major areas:  Christian Faith, Fellowship, Education and Action.

Meetings are held in Fellowship Hall at noon the fourth Thursday of the month and are open to the public as well as Cross Roads members.  Usually lunch is shared at the beginning of each meeting.  Sometimes there are covered dishes, other times there may be store bought food such as Arby's, Wendys etc., with potato chips and cookies.  Other times someone may prepare food such as pancakes and sausage.

After eating, the minds are fed with interesting programs.  There have been travelogues by church members, musical programs, naturalists and County Sheriff visits to give pointers on how to prevent house breakins.

We reach out periodically with mission projects,; (example supporting the Food Pantry).Good fellowship with new and old friends is never self-serving.  We are happy to share our time with anyone who has reached the experienced age of fifty.
